Detailed Solution

The earliest among these was the Gujarat campaign in 1299 CE. Alauddin Khilji sent his generals Ulugh Khan and Nusrat Khan against Gujarat. Rai Karan, the ruler of Gujarat, was forced to retreat and Gujarat came under the control of the Delhi Sultanate.

A large amount of wealth and many captives were brought to Delhi from this Gujarat campaign. Among these captives was Malik Kafur, who later became one of Alauddin's most trusted commanders and led his campaigns in South India.

Next came the conquest of Ranthambor in 1301 CE. The Chauhan ruler Hammiradeva ruled there. The Khalji army faced difficulties during the initial campaign and Nusrat Khan was killed, after which Alauddin personally joined the campaign. The fort of Ranthambor finally fell to him in 1301 CE.

The third was the conquest of Chittor in 1303 CE. Alauddin besieged the powerful fort of Chittor and eventually captured it. He subsequently renamed it Khizrabad after his son Khizr Khan and placed him in charge of the territory.

The latest among the given conquests was the Warangal campaign. After 1309 CE, Malik Kafur was sent on campaigns in South India and besieged Warangal under the Kakatiya ruler Prataparudradeva. Prataparudra ultimately submitted to Alauddin and agreed to surrender wealth and other possessions.

Thus, the chronology is — Gujarat (1299) → Ranthambor (1301) → Chittor (1303) → Warangal (1309–10).
