Agenda 21 वर्ष 1992 के Rio Earth Summit में अपनाई गई 21वीं सदी के लिए एक व्यापक global action plan थी। इसका उद्देश्य development और environment को एक-दूसरे से अलग न देखकर Sustainable Development के integrated framework में आगे बढ़ाना था।
