Detailed Solution

Nathu La is an important mountain pass in the Eastern Himalayas on the India-China border in Sikkim. It lies about 54–56 km from Gangtok at an altitude of approximately 14,140 feet.

Shipki La is located on the India-China border in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Its elevation is about 3,930 metres. It is also associated with the historic Indo-Tibetan trade route.

Bomdila is associated with the West Kameng region of Arunachal Pradesh. The mountain route from Bomdila towards Tawang is an important route of the western Arunachal Himalaya; therefore.

Zoji La is an important pass on the Srinagar–Sonamarg–Kargil–Leh route. At the time of the 2017 question, Ladakh formed part of the erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir, so Zojila–Jammu & Kashmir was a correct pair in the context of the question.
