Detailed Solution

B. Champaran Satyagraha — 1917: In Champaran, Bihar, peasants were compelled by European indigo planters to cultivate indigo on a portion of their land under the Tinkathia system. At the request of Raj Kumar Shukla, Gandhi reached Champaran in April 1917 and investigated the grievances of the peasants. It is regarded as one of Gandhi's earliest and most important Satyagrahas in India.

D. Ahmedabad Mill Strike — February–March 1918: A dispute arose between textile mill workers and mill owners in Ahmedabad over wages. Gandhi supported the workers' demand for a 35% wage increase and fasted during 15–18 March 1918 to sustain the resolve of the workers.

C. Kheda Peasant Struggle — March–June 1918: Following crop failure in Kheda district of Gujarat, peasants demanded suspension of land-revenue collection. Gandhi organised the peasants to withhold revenue; Vallabhbhai Patel was also one of the important associates in the movement. The struggle ended with a settlement by June 1918.

A. Satyagraha against the Rowlatt Act — 1919: Gandhi took the Satyagraha pledge against the repressive Rowlatt Act on 24 February 1919 and called for a nationwide hartal and Satyagraha on 6 April 1919. It became the first major all-India Satyagraha under Gandhi's leadership.

Thus, the correct sequence is Champaran Satyagraha → Ahmedabad Mill Strike → Kheda Peasant Struggle → Rowlatt Satyagraha.
